How It Works
Place your laundry bag outside your door and request pickup by text or phone. Laundry is washed, dried, and folded professionally, then returned within approximately 36 to 48 hours.
Scheduling
Same-day pickup is typically available when requested before the early afternoon. Deliveries occur Monday through Saturday during standard service hours.
No Contact Required
You do not need to be home for pickup or delivery. Laundry is safely collected and returned to your doorstep.
Overflow or Unzipped Bags
For efficient handling, laundry bags must be securely closed. Overfilled or unzipped bags may not be collected until corrected.

Bedding and towels are included with standard wash and fold service. Comforters, pillows, and heavy blankets are handled separately. Dry-clean-only items can be sent in a separate bag for processing at standard dry-cleaning rates.

Missing or Damaged
Items
If something appears missing, first check inside folded laundry—items are often neatly placed within larger garments. If you still can’t locate it, contact our team for assistance. Normal wear and tear from washing is not covered for replacement.
Delicate or Non-Washable Items
Only send items that can safely be machine washed and dried. If non-washable items are submitted accidentally, they will be set aside when possible, though Pride Cleaners is not responsible for damage caused by improper inclusion.
